- Monthly subscription cost: $9 USD (plus $1.50 for international shipping).

- Sign up by the 22nd of each month to receive the following month’s letter.

- Sign up after the 22nd to begin the next month’s cycle (e.g., sign up October 23 → receive December letter).

- All mail ships the last week of each month, typically by the 25th.

- Domestic mail arrives within approximately 7 days after shipping; international mail may take up to 21 days.

- Items are mailed using standard postage stamps and do not include tracking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.

- Your subscription is charged on the day you sign up, and that same date repeats each month.

- You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to skip the following month’s letter.

- To cancel, email [email protected] with your full name and order details or submit this form with a message to cancel.

- If cancellation is received after your billing date, your payment will still process for that cycle, and your subscription will end the following month.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your subscription or order is lost in transit, please contact us to request a replacement.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with clear photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal carriers once the item is mailed.

5. Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from Camden, Maine, USA.
Domestic shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after fulfillment confirmation.
International shipping may take up to 21 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Payment and Billing
